Need some child models to play around in Photoshop with?  Check out these resources below!

Note: Take note of the source of each photo you decide to use, and whether or not it's available for commercial use if you plan on selling your work. Some of these archives may require you to sign up for a free account to download photos.

  1. I think photobucket.com is a great resource. Its free so many people post candid pictures if you need children for like a more homely feel and not so staged.
    I wonder how they can get children to pose without a lot of hassle? CHildren are just so hard to work with.

    1. I love taking pictures of my four year old. I think any age after 5 is a lot easier to pose. I do pose my 4 year old, but she often looks away. That being said some of the best pictures I've gotten of her are just letting her play wherever we're doing the photoshoot.

      As for photobucket, it can be a good resource, but if you need photos to use commercially then you'll want to have permission and a signed model release form, or otherwise stick with royalty free stock sites like the two listed above, or paid stock sites like istockphoto.
